Eight Fifty One Condominiums - This five story condominium project is located in the West End area of Winston-Salem, NC. The lower level is parking, while the upper four levels offer residential space from 900 to 2,000 square feet. The structure consists of open web steel joists on steel wide flange girders supporting concrete on metal deck. Six vertical steel braces resist significant lateral wind and seismic forces.
